DIRECT PAY

You can purchase our support directly - using direct payments (if you receive these from the local authority) or on an individual purchase basis.

Whether you need a few hours occasionally, or many hours every week, our  professionally trained Carer Support Workers can come to your home to take over your caring responsibilities.

This can be for a few hours on an ad hoc or occasional basis, or for regular visits each and every week.  We are able to offer competitive rates for bookings for 5 hours or more per week.

All our services are fully risk assessed and planned by our competent Team and we aim to provide you with a Carer Support Worker whose skills and abilities match your needs.

Our Carer Support Workers have manual handling, first aid, food hygiene, infection control and health and safety training.  We can also assist with specialist care routines and the administration of medication.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

In addition to helping with care tasks, our staff are also able to help with a range of light domestic duties, covering meal preparation, bed making and routine housework.

We are also, subject to full assessment, able to take the person you care for out.

As well as delivering our service in a way that promotes independence and respects personal choices, we want our visits to be enjoyable for the person you care for and to give you, their carer, peace of mind.

Once introduced to you and the person you care for, regular visits will normally be undertaken by the same member of staff, but with further staff introduced to you to ensure you have back-up and flexibility.
